my room was supposed to have a bath tub, but it didn't. then i waited for two hours to get a new room that actually had a tub. the tv in the new room didn't even work and staff fiddled with it for ages trying to figure out the wifi situation.

My check-in experience was suboptimal. I waited for an extended period without acknowledgment from the front office staff. They did not offer a seat while I stood waiting. The absence of a designated seating area awaiting check-in is an oversight. This is especially disappointing given the hotel's reputation.
